This Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst role is responsible for end-to-end management of the LSS (Lean Six Sigma) Program across Dexcom, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that LSS initiatives deliver measurable business impact, strengthen leadership capability, and support the organization’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) goals. This role partners closely with Tower Leaders, candidates, external vendors, and the OpEx team to drive program success, ensure project completion, and sustain a strong pipeline of improvement initiatives.
