Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceive and write detailed software implementations while ensuring code and configurations meet security, logging, error‑handling, performance, and other non‑functional standards.
• Write, configure, and integrate code to create software that aligns with requirements, architecture patterns, and technology standards.
• Decompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using COBOL and AS400 CLP.
• Assess the impact of design decisions on performance, schedule, budget, downstream components and services, and recommend alternative solutions when needed.
• Analyze and optimize application systems; monitor, track, and enhance performance and address maintenance issues.
