Sr Analyst Data, Insights and Innovation

Responsibilities

• Transformation Support – Support finance technology transformation initiatives that align with organizational strategic goals. Partner with the Controllership Operations team to identify opportunities for technology‑enabled process improvements, assist with change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, and help track progress against the technology roadmap for the Controllership and broader Finance organization.
• Technology Implementation – Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including agents, AI/ML, automation tools, and advanced analytics platforms. Support the delivery of technology projects that improve efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and operational insights, and participate in innovation programs that encourage experimentation and adoption of emerging technologies.
