Sr. AMS Design Verification Engineer / Lead

Iravan Technologies is growing its AMS verification team. At Iravan, we work on AMS, Digital Verification, and Formal Verification projects with global semiconductor teams across Bengaluru, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

We are looking for a strong AMS DV engineer or lead who can drive mixed-signal verification strategy, build AMS testbenches, create behavioral models, and support SoC-level verification.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5-10 years

Key skills:

• Hands-on experience in SoC-AMS testbench development

• Strong expertise in SV/UVM-based mixed-signal testbench development from scratch

• Behavioral modeling using SV-RNM, Verilog-AMS, wreal, and electrical

• Experience with Cadence tools: Virtuoso, ADE Assembler, Xcelium, VIVA, SimVision

• Strong fundamentals in analog blocks, digital design flow, and top-level integration
