Job Description
All confirmed and permanent staff in grade BG52 to Band G who have served a minimum of 2 years in the current role are eligible to apply for this position.3–5 years in training delivery or coaching, preferably in financial servicesStrong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse learner groups.
Familiarity with wealth products and frontline advisory processes is an advantage.
Ability to manage programme logistics
Awareness of adult-learning principles and experiential methods
Comfortable with LMS/LXP platforms and virtual classroom tools
Experienced with data tracking and reportingProgramme delivery management:
Manage end-to-end delivery for assigned programmes; meet calendar, capacity, quality targets
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and learner communications for smooth execution
