SQE Engineer - Non-metallic Materials

Airswift is seeking a Non-Metallic Materials SQE Engineer for a permanent contract position in São Paulo, working with a multinational company that supplies wind turbines and energy management software.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management and Development: Responsible for the qualification, development, and performance management of non-metallic (FRP) suppliers and secondary suppliers. Support supplier sourcing, conduct in-depth evaluations of their end-to-end manufacturing capabilities and quality management systems, and execute qualification audits. Carry out preventive audits, supervise suppliers in improving their quality management systems, and monitor the stability of their production processes and product quality.
