Role Overview
Spooler Operator – Mativ Renfrew production team. Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends) with an average of 14 days off every month.
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and inspect products as they run through machinery.
- Inform management of quality issues.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Prepare products for shipping.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 education.
- 1+ years proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment, is an asset.
