Due to continued growth, our client has an immediate opening for a Split Shift Weld Supervisor to lead a skilled welding and fabrication team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in driving quality, efficiency, and team development.

Split Shift Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities of MIG welders and fabricators, delegating job responsibilities to the appropriate employees
