J.P. Morgan's ABS Originations team operates at the intersection of Corporate Finance and Markets. We analyze, structure, and execute innovative asset-backed financings for clients ranging from large financial institutions to emerging fintech lenders across the U.S. and Latin America.
We are hiring a Vice President to support our expansion in Latin America, where the franchise is growing and there is significant opportunity to help develop client relationships and expand the business. Responsibility includes origination, structuring, and execution of transactions across asset classes.
You will work closely with senior leadership and have exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and structuring through diligence, documentation, execution, and ongoing portfolio management.
