Assess and provide intervention for children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs Conduct structured therapy sessions to improve communication skills Support children’s development and daily functional participation Work closely with parents and families to guide home-based support programs Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Maintain proper documentation and clinical reports
Requirements
Degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology or related field Registered or eligible for professional registration Passionate in working with children and special needs cases Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and in a team environment Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
