Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and evaluations.
- Develop accurate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home programs, and communication strategies.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain complete, accurate patient records.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.
