Job Description

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ diverse needs. Use evidence-based, autism-friendly teaching strategies and assessments to track students’ progress
• Collaborate on curriculum planning and development
• Build positive relationships and support individualised education plans (IEPs/ITPs)
• Manage behaviours and implement strategies to support students’ well-being
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Support co-curricular activities (CCAs) and school initiatives
• Participate in work committees to achieve student outcomes
• Work with families and external partners to support student development
• Assist with transition planning for post-school success
