As a Partner Engagement & Development Manager, you will enhance leadership and commercial judgement within a portfolio of stores. Your role involves developing partners to act as business owners while fostering an accountability mindset. You will travel frequently to observe and coach partners on effective decision-making, performance management, and customer focus.
