Job Title: Mexico HR Manager
Reporting object: Regional Head of the Americas
Work location: Mexico (base)
On duty time: within 3 months
Language requirements: Fluent in Spanish, fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and proficiency in Portuguese will earn extra points
Salary range: negotiable (including basic salary+performance bonus+local benefits)
- Responsible for recruiting for after-sales and sales positions in Mexico and related regions of South America and North America, completing resume screening, interview organization, offer distribution, and onboarding follow-up.
- Handle the entire process of employee transfers and departures, and maintain employee files.
