The position holder is responsible for leading the coordination of business transactions between our company Canada Inc. and our third‑party distribution supplier. The role oversees interface monitoring, manual posting of failed transactions and escalates issues to ensure alignment between the COMET system and the 3PL’s physical operations. The goal is to guarantee business continuity in the supply of the market, in accordance with global guidelines, standards, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for the IT relationship between Company Canada and the third‑party logistics provider regarding daily 3PL activity.
• Serve as SAP subject‑matter expert for 3PL interface and transaction issues.
• Participate in required user‑acceptance testing with the 3PL.
• Support and monitor the EDI interface (TIBCO, Liaison), including monitoring EDI flow and resolving IDOC failures.
