The GTM Planning & Automation Specialist will help design, build, and scale Databricks’ next‑gen global GTM planning processes. We are looking for a hungry, AI‑native builder who views manual workflows as a technical challenge to solve. In this role, you will embed AI and modern automation directly into our core planning workflows spanning territory assignment, quota modeling, and headcount tracking to transform how our global sales organization operates.
