Job Description:

The Software Quality Engineer is responsible for creating end-to-end test plans, executing the test plan, and managing all activities in the plan as part of and in conjunction with an Agile Scrum development team to ensure that all objectives are met and the software solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, stability, and compatibility with legacy and/or third-party software and integrated external hardware.

The objective of the Software Quality Engineer is to ensure that testing of every feature of the software solution and through every phase of development is well defined, planned, and executed. The work of the Software Quality Engineer should inspire confidence that any potential issue has been identified and addressed prior to release of the software solution.
