Job Description
The UC Irvine Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) in the Samueli School of Engineering is anticipating openings in the Specialist Series in the field of tissue engineering throughout the academic year . These positions offer a stimulating array of research and training opportunities within the various laboratories in the department.
Seeking qualified candidates with experience in the following tissue engineering areas:
Musculoskeletal system
Cardiovascular engineering
Immunoengineering
Biomaterials
Neuroengineering
Urinary and gastrointestinal engineering
Spatial cell biology
These positions require a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering or biology and experience in one or more of the focus research area(s) listed above.
This is an ongoing recruitment and positions are dependent upon availability of extramural funding. Initial appointments are generally one year and renewal is based on job per...
