Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant - 1:1 & PMLD Support

Monarch Education seeks a SEND Teaching Assistant in Alfreton to support pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex communication needs.

This role includes providing 1:1 support, encouraging engagement through communication methods like Makaton, and assisting with personal care. Ideal candidates will have experience with children with SLD and be patient, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.
