• Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product and sales knowledge.


• Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the field.


• Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training innovative tools.


• Generate continuous training reports.


• Works within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
