- Support Project Planning & Scheduling activities by developing, updating and maintaining project schedules under supervision.
- Contribution to data accuracy, reporting and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment with project timelines
- Develop & Maintain baseline and working schedules using approved planning tools
(e.g. Primavera P6) - Update project progress based on outputs from engineering, procurement and construction teams
- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and look‑ahead schedules
- Identify basic schedule deviations and highlight risks or delays to team
- Support data collection, validation and documentation for Project controls / reporting purposes
