Support the execution and coordination of internal requests and projects across frontend and backend operations.

• Run RFQ processes, supplier selection, and purchase order (PO) processing
• Ensure timely and accurate order execution and data transfer
• Monitor project timelines and proactively flag deviations or urgent requests
• Support issue resolution related to shipments, customs clearance, and invoicing
• Maintain and update master data in internal systems
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project and order data
• Contribute to process improvements in order handling and data management
