The Manufacturing Performance Specialist drives operational discipline, improves manufacturing performance, and ensures consistent execution on the production floor. This role strengthens daily operational routines, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and supports the organization in achieving performance targets, especially during periods of capacity expansion. It is an individual contributor role that works heavily in cross‑functional collaboration.
