Job Description

Position Purpose
Performs casework service to help students resolve personal, emotional, and social problems that interfere with their adjustment to school and their ability to enjoy the benefits of the educational process. Serves as a catalyst for bringing together school resources with targeted community resources. Acts as a liaison to resolve difficult and sensitive student support cases including trauma and emergencies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides intake and assessment services for all families referred to the FRC.
Coordinates collaborative provision of target services with identified community partners.
Assists in the development and maintenance of standardized FRC data collection system to be used by all service providers.
Maintains and submits accurate, timely documentation of program and service activity including monthly reports, surveys, needs assessments, action plans, and other required documentation.
