Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and supporting HSE related efforts for field operations to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and achieve operational and company business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides on-site health and safety support, assists in coaching staff, ensures daily focus on H&S requirements, collaborates on goals, participates in H&S meetings, and helps address technical questions.

• Assists in creating and communicating new Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and standards. Helps identify and report potential improvements and supports field training.

• Supports compliance reviews and inspections, helps track field safety data, assists during regulatory meetings, and ensures required protective equipment is available.
