We are looking for a Senior Analyst, HRIS Systems and Automation to join our Human Resources team. This role will build practical, high‑impact automation and AI solutions to solve business challenges and create meaningful value. Reporting to the Director, HRIS, the role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys translating business needs into scalable systems, workflows, and tools that deliver measurable value.
Role Details
- Work Location: Toronto or Brampton office (candidate’s preference considered).
- Hybrid Environment: Minimum three days in office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with remote flexibility on other days.
- Base Salary: $82,800 – $115,000 (location, experience, and internal equity may influence starting pay).
