Aufgaben

• Overseeing the production of client tax reports for various legislations
• Monitoring the entire tax reclaim process and ensuring the highest quality up to the client
• Overseeing outsourcing partners in relation to tax reclaims
• Overseeing the processing of Swiss stamp duty (Form 9) and supplementary tax (Form 182)
• Monitoring and updating withholding tax rates in accordance with double taxation agreements (DTA)
• Assisting the production of regulatory US tax reporting such as FATCA or QI
• Single point of contact for inquiries from relationship managers
• Point of contact for institutional clients and inquiries from senior management
• Monitoring processes for the automatic exchange of information including CRS reporting
