Job Description
This is a pioneer role. You will be the first dedicated SIOP resource in AMER, responsible for building the regional S&OP process from the ground up – starting with a focused pilot (one product group or production line) and expanding from there. You will work closely with the Global SIOP Director and receive direct coaching and methodology support from the EMEA team.
This is not a maintenance role. The successful candidate is a process builder who can operate independently, drive cross-functional alignment in an environment where S&OP is new, and lay the foundation for a broader AMER SIOP team.
