Job Description: The Specialist, Contracts will support and lead the negotiation of multi‑million dollar cross border agreements related to the sale of private jets for special missions, draft and negotiate aircraft purchase, data license, engineering services, and modification agreements, and provide ongoing commercial and legal support to internal and external customers. The role will drive business results by anticipating risks, initiating mitigation plans, engaging with management, and contributing to process improvement. International travel may be required.
