About The Role

Duration: 9‑month Fixed-Term contract
Contract Commercial Support Specialist – supports the contract management team by performing daily tasks and providing operational support to the team manager and Senior Specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurate contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Managing global orders (new, amended and renewal contracts) and tracking case statuses to ensure efficient transaction processing from deal creation to fulfillment.
• Monitoring escalations and collaborating with Sales and other teams to resolve client inquiries and contract issues promptly.
• Maintaining strict adherence to the OTC ecosystem and following established procedures to meet business SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Documenting all activities, communication and progress of case management in CPQ.
