Role Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, reliable, supportive service, in line with the individual's personalised Support Plan. It promotes independence, choice and access to all that their community offers, and requires participation in a team approach, maintaining positive and constructive working relationships for the individual's benefit.

Schedule & Salary

• Part‑time hours: 36 hours per week.
• Weekend working is required and will be based on service needs.
• Waking nights.
• £29,291.33 (FTE) per annum pro rata.
