Specialist Accounting (Bogotá)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

In the dynamic DTC business environment, as Specialist of eCom accounting area within the team, the main focus of this role is to support eCom accounting data for adidasLAM as reported in a timely and accurate manner, and meets the requirements set within the adidasGroup policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support MEC analysis and understand general process to back up the process in case it is needed.
• Support reconciliation and investigate and resolve discrepancies for eCom GL accounts on a monthly basis.
• Monitor system interfaces, review and explain variations regarding eCom in the different IT systems (e.g., SAP, OMNI, etc).
• Support the successful execution of all accounting activities for eCom topics, ensuring work is completed timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with Global Financial Shared Services and other teams on ad hoc eCom Accounting projects as required.
