Responsible of leading special processes production line. Overseeing annual goals vs actual scorecard to ensure a positive trend in SPQDC metrics (Safety-People-Delivery-Delivery-Cost). Performing applicable action plans to return/maintain standards. Encourage employees to actively participate in kaizen improvements in daily basis, making them part and accountable for metrics results to increase ownership. Work in line with Supply Chain to define monthly resource planning to achieve customer’s production plan, and assure the correct chemical management, maintaining inventory accuracy and avoid expired chemicals usage. Responsible to support Continuous Improvement initiatives in the production areas. In charge of improving documentation and providing training to employees for operating system standards adherence.
