Job Description
The Special Officer serves as a trusted aide and force multiplier to the CEO of the Business & Asset pillar, managing strategic priorities, coordinating initiatives across the pillar, and ensuring the CEO’s time and focus are directed toward the highest-value matters. The role combines elements of executive aide, project lead, and confidential advisor, requiring sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate across all levels of the pillar and wider organisation.
Responsibilities:
Strategic and Operational Support
- Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and teams within the Business & Asset pillar, as well as other group functions and external stakeholders.
- Track and drive progress on the CEO’s strategic priorities and key initiatives, ensuring follow-through and accountability across teams.
