The Role
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will lead a class of up to six students, supported by two Teaching Assistants, delivering a personalised curriculum that blends National Curriculum objectives with outdoor, farm-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and topic-based learning, integrating outdoor and farm-based activities.Develop and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) aligned with each student's EHCP targets.Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes students' social, emotional, and academic development.Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other staff to provide consistent support and interventions tailored to individual needs.Monitor...
