Job Description
Responsibilities: Support the social, emotional, and developmental wellbeing of children across the Kindergarten. Work one-on-one and in small groups with children who require additional support. Develop, implement, and review Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) Partner closely with Home Group teachers to co-create inclusive learning experiences and recommend appropriate strategies. Work alongside the Head of Additional Needs & Wellbeing to identify, monitor, and support children's developmental needs. Foster positive relationships with children, families, educators, and the Leadership Team. Full-time position with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch.
