Job Description

Duties
Creation of spare parts offers and orders, ensuring customer’s satisfaction. 
Responsible for the spare part stock and dispatch area.
Correspondence with customers and headquarters. 
Handling of inquiries. 
Technical clarification for spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers 
Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals. 
Processing and follow up of invoicing of spare parts and warranty orders.
Dispatch and packaging of orders, forwarding of shipping documents to customers. 
Checking of sales invoices.
Preparation of proposals for stock keeping
Requirements
Preferable experience with part lists, preparing quotes and order administration.

Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects.

Ability to interface with all levels of staff.
