Spare Parts Customer Success Specialist

E80 Group in Mexico is seeking a Customer Parts Order Specialist responsible for real-time oversight of spare parts orders and proactive updates to customers. You will support assigned accounts with day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and ability to work with sales, service, and logistics. Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP a plus; Italian not required but welcomed. On-site position in San Pedro Garza García.
