Schedule: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends and US holiday shifts

We’re looking for a Spanish Bilingual, tech-savvy Technical/Customer Support Representative with at least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or technical support. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who can troubleshoot customer issues across chat, email, and phone while delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality resolutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is preferred.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
- At least 6 months of customer service, sales, or technical support experience.
- Experience with MS Teams, Salesforce, Bomgar, and Dexter is preferred but not required.
