- Provide massage services to customers regardless of gender with additional responsibilities such as housekeeping, basic cashiering, and helpwith ad-hoc duties given by managers.
- Manage appointments and keep on time
- Be sensitive to each guest's comfort level and service needs
- Presents a warm, gracious and professional qualities for customers and co-workers
- Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness and visual presentation
- Actively builds repeat clientele
