Spa Therapist 20hours (Barcelona)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform treatments on guests while maintaining guests' comfort at all times.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment.
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
• Follow all standards and procedures as taught by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
• Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa and Wellness.
• Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required, including:
• Spa Retail Area
• Relaxation Area
• Preparation Room
• Spa Suites
• Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Supervisor / Spa Assistant Manager.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa suites and treatment rooms throughout shift.
