The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests visiting the Spa, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, processing payments, promoting Spa services and retail products, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects Four Seasons' legendary service standards. The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in delivering personalized experiences while supporting the daily operations of the Spa.
