Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
Oversee the daily operations of the spa, reception, and treatment rooms. Ensure all spa facilities are clean, hygienic, and fully operational. Maintain high standards of guest service and treatment quality. Implement and maintain spa policies, procedures, and SOPs. Manage bookings, therapist schedules, and treatment flow.
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
