Job Description
Position: Spa & Wellness Manager at SO/Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations
- Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.
- Implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa.
- Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques.
- Understand the impact of department operations on the overall financial goals and objectives of the property and manages to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
