- Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations
- Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain adequate stock levels
- Develop budgets and short to long‑range strategic plans for the spa’s operation
- Develop the spa’s standard operating procedures and policies
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on all aspects of spa promotions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques
- Understand the impact of department operations on the property’s overall financial goals and manage to meet or exceed budgeted goals
- Set a positive example in customer relations
- Interact with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
