Scope of Position
The Spa Concierge is responsible for the overall operation of the spa reception area and telephones. He/she will always provide efficient and courteous check in service to guests and members. The Concierge is responsible for guest relations, spa appointment bookings, handling payments and retail sales.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Spa industry or hospitality preferred. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills. Handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
