About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to join our Spa Department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and set up the daily operations according to Talise standards, ensuring smooth functioning of all spa areas.
- Replenish all necessary items in the spa promptly and maintain inventory levels by requesting and collecting stock and supplies as per minimum stock levels.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities, including water maintenance, cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment maintenance, and locker room tidiness.
- Assist therapists/practitioners in preparing for treatments or baths when needed and maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of equipment.
- Direct members/guests to appointments, assist them with using sauna, steam, whirlpool, and ensure stocking of amenities and toiletries.
