The Lionheart Foundation is hiring a full-time Outreach Navigator to support community engagement in Southern Alberta. Focus on youth mental health services through effective outreach strategies and relationship-building.
This role involves assessing mental health needs across the region while developing innovative outreach plans that highlight community strengths. The successful candidate will represent Lionheart's mission and be skilled in fostering partnerships. This position allows for remote work, with occasional travel to Calgary and other locations for community engagement.
