Sous Chef
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. You will execute menu items in both prep and line areas, direct culinary operations on a shift basis under the guidance of the Chef, and manage sales and profit budgets. You will also be part of the hiring process, including training and scheduling for multiple positions.
