Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in developing and executing high-quality menus.Oversee daily kitchen operations, stock control, and ordering.Mentor and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high morale.Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements
Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Competent Junior Sous in a gastropub.Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and high-standard food execution.Ability to lead shifts confidently in a fast-paced environment.
